Having always been always fascinated by nostalgic city scenes, I loved the book and immediately set out to create paintings based on this concept.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThis latest launderette (or laundromat) painting of mine isn't based on any particular photo, instead it uses many of the best details you'd see in a standard retro launderette.
