This painting depicts the classic Fab lolly, an image I've painted in various forms throughout my career. This A4 representation shows it in 3D, with a bite taken out, making it extra tempting. I've drawn the hundreds-and-thousands, or sprinkles, using Posca pens in a pointillist dots style, which looks very satisfying. As usual the Fab is based against my trademark light blue background.
The end result is a colourful painting that would brighten up any room in your home, or would make an ideal gift for someone with a sweet tooth.

I've been inspired to create work like this by classic pop artists like Andy Warhol, Roy Lichtenstein and Patrick Caulfield.
