Continuing my love of presenting food objects in a pop art style is this painting of a hot dog, with two streams of ketchup and mustard floating over it. I love the graphic impact of reducing the items into a few simple boldly-coloured shapes, and the abstract flash of the condiments contrasting with it.
The end result is a painting that would brighten up any room in the house, but would probably look great in a kitchen or diner. The painting comes unframed but looks great in a yellow A5 frame, as pictured. The final image shows the painting alongside my Tomato Ketchup squeezy bottle print, which it would go nicely with.

My work, as ever, has been inspired by the classic pop artists like And Warhol and Roy Lichtenstein, as well as modern day graphic artists, and food packaging.
